A suggestion on dosage of Glyconutrients* for the health challenged: Savoring 1/2 to 1 teaspoon orally for 3 minutes, 3 or more times a day may be beneficial for those facing certain health challenges. Alternating with a higher dose may be beneficial. I.E., a couple of times a week, take the maximum dose we recommend (up to 6 teaspoons per day), then take a couple days off after a large dose.

CFP releases unusually high levels of mannose, galactose, fucose, xylose, arabinose and glucose during digestion. The ORAC level (800) of 1 gram of CFP is equal to 33 grams of fresh blue berries. The antioxidants in Coffee Fruit are from polyphenols or phenolic acids, natural plant antioxidants.
