Each level teaspoon is approximately 3 grams with 75 servings per 1/2 pound.
A suggestion on dosage of Glyconutrients* for the health challenged: Savoring 1/2 to 1 teaspoon orally for 3 minutes, 3 or more times a day may be beneficial for those facing certain health challenges. As well, alternating with a higher dose may be beneficial. I.E., a couple of times a week, take the maximum dose we recommend (up to 6 teaspoons per day), then take a couple days off after a large dose.

Ace contains approximately 1 milligram of caffeine per gram of powder from Coffee Fruit Powder. CFP releases unusually high levels of mannose, galactose, fucose, xylose, arabinose and glucose during digestion. The ORAC level (800) of 1 gram of CFP is equal to 33 grams of fresh blue berries. The antioxidants in Coffee Fruit are from polyphenols or phenolic acids, natural plant antioxidants.
